These terms apply to the StreamPilot public beta operated by Signal House, a 3Thirty3 Ltd. company.
StreamPilot is software
StreamPilot is a media-player and library-management application. It does not provide, sell or distribute television channels, movies, television series, games, ROMs, IPTV subscriptions or other media content.
Your sources and permissions
You are responsible for the sources, files and services you connect to StreamPilot and for ensuring you have the rights or authorization required to access and use them.
Beta access
Beta access is provided without charge while StreamPilot is being tested. Beta availability, features, device limits and access periods may change as testing progresses. We may suspend or revoke access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, testing integrity or operation of the service.
Availability
Beta software can contain defects, compatibility issues or interruptions. Features may change, be removed or behave differently between releases. StreamPilot does not guarantee that every media source, stream, codec, container, game or Android TV device will be compatible.
Accounts and devices
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Device authorization is subject to the device limit attached to your account. You may remove authorized devices through the account dashboard.
Future paid service
The public beta does not guarantee permanent free access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and applicable subscription terms will be presented before a user is asked to purchase continued access.
